A national visa to take part in studies, training or an exchange programme in Spain lasting longer than 90 days.
Who is it for?
For students undertaking long-term studies at a recognised institution in Spain. For courses up to 90 days a Schengen visa is enough.

- Proof of admission and enrolment (tuition payment)
- Proof of sufficient economic means (based on IPREM)
- Full health insurance in Spain (not travel insurance)
- Criminal-record certificate (for stays over 180 days)
- Medical certificate
- Legalisation/apostille and translation of documents
