  • Schengen visa application form and photo
  • Valid passport
  • An invitation/support letter from the Spanish company or organiser
  • A letter from the applicant's employer (position, purpose of trip, expenses)
  • Travel medical insurance of at least €30,000
  • Round-trip ticket reservation
  • Proof of sufficient economic means
