For people travelling for business meetings, conferences or negotiations (not to take up employment in Spain).

- Schengen visa application form and photo
- Valid passport
- An invitation/support letter from the Spanish company or organiser
- A letter from the applicant's employer (position, purpose of trip, expenses)
- Travel medical insurance of at least €30,000
- Round-trip ticket reservation
- Proof of sufficient economic means
