Service provider

This website (ispanviza.com, hereinafter the "Site") is operated by the following party ("we"):

This information is mandatory under LSSI-CE Article 10. When the entity is a company (S.L./S.A.), Commercial Registry details must also be shown.

Nature of the Site and services

Through this Site we provide information, guidance, and support services related to relocating to Spain, long-term visas, residence permits, document preparation guidance, application support, and general relocation assistance.

We are not a government body

We are a private, independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Spanish government, Spanish consulates, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Foreigners Office, or any government agency of Azerbaijan or Spain.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee that any visa application, residence permit request, or other immigration procedure will be approved. All decisions on visa and residence applications are made solely by the competent authorities of Spain (consulates, immigration offices) at their own discretion.

Our services are designed to help you prepare, understand, and navigate the process. Use of our services does not create a right to a positive outcome.

Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Site or availing of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site or our services.

Informational content

The Site provides general information about Spain visa and immigration topics. This content:

  • Is informational in nature and does not constitute legal advice.
  • Immigration rules, requirements, and procedures may change. We strive to keep content accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it reflects the latest legal position at the time you read it.
  • For your specific situation, we recommend consulting a specialized immigration lawyer (abogado de extranjeria).

Scope of services

When you use our paid services (document preparation guidance, consultation, application support, etc.), the specific scope, deliverables, and timeframe are agreed between us before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, our services do not include:

  • Submitting applications to government authorities on your behalf
  • Legal representation before courts or administrative bodies
  • Guarantees on government processing times
  • Document translation or apostille services (although we can advise you on where to obtain these services)
  • Tax, financial, or accounting advice

Your responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate information. All information, documents, and details you provide to us must be true, complete, and up to date. We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or other consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
  2. Cooperate in a timely manner. When we request documents, information, or decisions from you, timely responses are essential.
  3. Use the Site lawfully. You must not use the Site for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to violate others' rights.
  4. Do not misrepresent our role. You must not represent to any third party or authority that we are a government body or that we have the authority to approve visas or permits.

Fees and payment

Our service fees are set out on the Prices page or in a written agreement before work begins. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We issue invoices in accordance with Spanish tax and invoicing regulations for all paid services.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

Right of withdrawal (distance contracts)

As a consumer, when you order our services remotely (via the Site, email, or WhatsApp), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Articles 102-108 of the TRLGDCU.

Exception: If you have expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expires and you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, this right does not apply.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us with a clear written statement (via email).

Refunds

When a refund is required, we process it within 14 calendar days using the original payment method.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or communicate the Site's content to the public for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Immigration outcome disclaimer

  1. Immigration law is complex and subject to change. Requirements, procedures, and processing times may change without notice.
  2. Each application is assessed individually by the relevant authority. A positive outcome in one case does not imply the same result in another.
  3. We are not liable for decisions made by government authorities. If your visa application is delayed, rejected, or receives an unfavorable decision, this does not constitute a failure of our services if we have fulfilled our agreed obligations with reasonable diligence.
  4. We do not guarantee government processing times — this is beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site or our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law
