Who we are

The website ispanviza.com (hereinafter the "Site") is operated by an independent service provider based in Spain. We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any government agency.

Communication channels

Contact form: Information you submit through the form (name, email, message) is transmitted to us via a third-party service.

Email and WhatsApp: When you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we process the personal data in your messages to respond to your inquiry. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms and has its own privacy policy.

Eligibility checker: When you use the eligibility checker tool on the Site, your responses are processed locally in your browser. We only collect your email address if you voluntarily enter it.

How long we keep your data

  • Inquiry data: Deleted 12 months after last contact (if no service agreement).
  • Service data: Service duration + the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to 5 years).
  • Technical data: According to the configuration of analytics tools (when applicable).

When the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
